Flip This House!

As if we didn't have enough trouble in our lives, we decided to form a limited liability corporation, Maguire Homes, and build or fix up houses for Christa to sell. Our first project is a nice starter home in the country. We added a new bathroom, kitchen cabinets and appliances, and had the whole thing painted and carpeted. Of course, everything takes twice as long and costs twice as much as expected, when we are lucky. We hope to have it on the market soon. If it doesn't sell I may have to move in after Christmas.
